Saputo Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks a site engineering manager to lead a six-person team across reactive and proactive maintenance with a strong focus on continuous improvement and development for the team and site systems.

You will provide technical and people leadership, utilise data to shape maintenance strategies and grow the site's engineering capability, while partnering with production to drive day-to-day improvements and transformational projects.

Qualifications

• Educated in a relevant field with practical engineering experience in production/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop engineering teams.
• Experience with proactive and preventative maintenance practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance activities across production, utilities and facilities.
• Develop and review maintenance plans, PPMs, shutdowns and standards.
• Track reliability metrics (downtime, MTBF, MTTF, compliance).
• Lead or support improvement projects for reliability, cost, safety and efficiency.
• Coach and develop engineering staff and support budget planning.
• Manage on-site contractors with RAMS and safe systems of work.
