Livelyhood is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to shape our fresh food offer across seven businesses and elevate it group-wide. You will operate hands-on in busy, multi-site kitchens, develop menus, manage costing, and lead a strong team of Head Chefs to deliver consistent, brilliant food that delights guests and drives growth.

You’ll be a food champion who mentors chefs, collaborates with leadership, and ensures standards are met while pursuing commercial success across our pubs.

Qualifications

• Senior multi-site food leadership experience across pubs/hospitality.
• Commercially sharp with strong operational credibility.
• Proven ability to develop people and lead diverse kitchen teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead food development from start to finish, including menus and costing.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations to improve quality, consistency, availability, presentation and speed of service.
• Drive commercial performance through food sales, GP, margins and waste management.
• Build and coach Head Chefs, foster a collaborative culture with clear standards and accountability.
• Tailor food offers to local guests while aligning with group values and strategy.
• Lead openings and redevelopments: recruit, train and embed menus and standards.
• Collaborate with Owners/Founders, GMs and suppliers to turn strategy into action.
