Job summary

Parogon Group, a multi-site hospitality operator in the UK, seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary strategy across the group. You will drive menus, standards and high performance in a fast-paced, premium dining environment, coaching Head Chefs and developing future talent.

You will partner with the Operations Director to optimise food quality, profitability and guest experience while maintaining exceptional safety and compliance across all kitchens.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Executive/Group Executive Chef in the UK.
• Experience leading multi-site kitchens across high-volume venues.
• Strong menu development, costing and food innovation.
• Able to coach Head Chefs and develop key kitchen leaders.
• Advanced food safety qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations across Parogon Group and set standards.
• Shape future food offer with senior leadership.
• Spend significant time in kitchens coaching teams.
• Ensure 5* food safety standards and audit compliance across the group.
• Lead food launches, menu rollouts and culinary innovation.
• Own food gross profit performance and budgeting.
