You will lead kitchen operations, mentor future Head Chefs, and collaborate with the Operations Team to elevate guest experiences across a thriving pub, bar, and restaurant group.

Your leadership will nurture talent, ensure seasonal menus and high food quality, and maintain uncompromising standards from stock control to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple sites in hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse kitchen teams.
• Strong focus on seasonal menus and food quality.
• Knowledge of stock control, HACCP and safety standards.
• Bias for excellence and continuous improvement.
