Restaurant Associates UK is seeking an Executive Chef for a high-profile operation in London near Liverpool Street Station. You will lead a 14-strong kitchen team, delivering exceptional food across hospitality, private dining and staff dining while building strong client relationships.

You’ll drive bespoke menus, manage budgets and food costing, and continuously elevate culinary excellence in a fast-paced environment. This is a leadership role shaping a growing operation.

Executive Chef - High-profile culinary operation in London, close to Liverpool Street Station

We’re looking for a creative, flexible and commercially savvy Executive Chef with a genuine passion for food and people.

With a £3 million annual turnover, the site delivers premium hospitality, private dining, staff dining and two high-end cafés. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing operation and make a real impact. You’ll lead a growing 14-strong kitchen team, delivering exceptional food across hospitality, private dining and staff dining.

A key part of the role is building strong client relationships. We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable, always looking for ways to exceed client expectations and bring their ideas to life.
