Job summary

SEGA Amusements International Ltd is seeking a Multi-Site Field Engineer to cover the M6 corridor (Liverpool, Warrington, Manchester). You will install, service, and maintain coin-operated machines, perform network checks, and carry out PAT testing while ensuring peak performance and excellent customer service.

Role requires 2+ years of arcade maintenance experience, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel beyond the patch. DBS check will be completed as part of the process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing amusement arcade machines.
• Hands-on approach to installing and maintaining SEGA and third-party products.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks.
• Reliable, trustworthy and well-presented.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, service and remove SEGA Amusements and third-party equipment.
• Perform basic network diagnostics.
• Carry out preventative maintenance, cleaning and PAT testing.
• Keep merchandise stocked on select machines.

As our business continues to grow, were on the lookout for a Multi-Site Field Engineer based along the M6 corridor, covering Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester. This exciting, field-based role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring our iconic coin-operated machines stay in top condition while delivering outstanding customer service.

Your Mission:

• Install, maintain, service, and remove our legendary SEGA Amusements and other 3rd party equipment.
• Perform basic network diagnostics
• Carry out preventative maintenance, cleaning and PAT testing
• Keep merchandise stocked on select machines
• Ensure all machines are operating at peak performance to maximize income
• Follow all Health & Safety regulations

What You Bring to the Team:

• 2+ years of experience servicing amusement arcade machines
• Hands-on approach to installing and maintaining SEGA & other 3rd party products
• Ability to work independently with confidence and a positive attitude
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks
• Reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends & public holidays
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel beyond your patch when required
