Job summary

Sega Amusements International Ltd. is seeking a Multi-Site Field Engineer to service and maintain our coin-operated machines along the M6 corridor, covering Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester. This field-based role emphasizes reliability, customer service, and hands-on repair.

You will install, service, perform diagnostics, and manage preventative maintenance while adhering to Health & Safety standards; a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing arcade machines.
• Willingness to travel and travel beyond patch.
• Full UK driving licence and physically fit.
• DBS check will be completed as part of the process.
• Hands-on approach to installing and maintaining SEGA and third party products.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, service and remove arcade machines.
• Perform basic network diagnostics.
• Carry out preventative maintenance, cleaning and PAT testing.
• Keep merchandise stocked on select machines.
• Ensure machines operate at peak performance and follow Health & Safety regulations.

This exciting, field-based role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring our iconic coin-operated machines stay in top condition while delivering outstanding customer service.

Your Mission:

• Install, maintain, service, and remove our legendary SEGA Amusements and other 3rd party equipment.
• Perform basic network diagnostics
• Carry out preventative maintenance, cleaning and PAT testing
• Keep merchandise stocked on select machines
• Ensure all machines are operating at peak performance to maximize income
• Follow all Health & Safety regulations

What You Bring to the Team:

• 2+ years of experience servicing amusement arcade machines
• Hands-on approach to installing and maintaining SEGA & other 3rd party products
• Ability to work independently with confidence and a positive attitude
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks
• Reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends & public holidays
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel beyond your patch when required
