Job summary

Sega Amusements International Ltd invites a proactive Multi-Site Field Engineer to cover Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester along the M6 corridor. You will install, service and maintain coin-operated arcade machines, ensuring peak performance and great customer service across sites.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on arcade experience, a full UK driving licence, independence, and flexibility to work around weekends and holidays. A DBS check is part of the process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing amusement arcade machines.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
• Physically fit for hands-on field work.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with alternate weekends and public holidays.
• Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and remove Sega and third-party arcade machines.
• Perform basic network diagnostics.
• Carry out preventative maintenance, cleaning and PAT testing.
• Stock merchandise on select machines.
• Ensure machines operate at peak performance to maximise income.
• Follow Health & Safety regulations.
