Job summary

Caterlink is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of schools including primary, secondary and colleges. The role is 52 weeks, Monday to Friday, requiring strong leadership and a hands-on approach to drive performance.

You will manage teams, build client relationships across sites, and focus on health and safety, retention, quality and financial KPIs. DBS disclosure will be required; salary is dependant on experience.

• Experience in catering/education operations is essential.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams.
