Caterlink Ltd, an education sector catering specialist, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a group of schools—primary, secondary and colleges—across the UK. The role is 52 weeks, Monday to Friday, with responsibility for leading and developing site teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Successful candidates will have catering and operational management experience, be commercially astute, comfortable rolling up sleeves, and adhering to KPIs including Health & Safety,

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and operational management is essential.
• 52-week role, Monday–Friday.
• Lead and motivate teams and build strong client relationships across schools.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure will be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of schools including primary, secondary and colleges.
• Develop and implement KPI-driven strategies focusing on Health & Safety, Retention, Quality and Finance.
• Lead, coach and develop site-based teams and relationships with clients.
