Caterlink, the education sector catering specialist, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of schools across the UK. You will be responsible for managing on-site teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering on health, safety, quality and financial KPIs.

The role is 52 weeks, Monday to Friday, with a focus on leadership, commercial acumen and hands-on support to teams. DBS checks and commitment to excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have catering and operational management experience.
• Previous experience managing a group of schools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for a portfolio of schools (primary, secondary and colleges).
• Lead and motivate on-site teams, build strong client relationships, and drive KPIs across health & safety, retention, quality and finance.
