Caterlink is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of primary and secondary schools. The role requires strong catering and operational management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate teams and develop client relationships across the portfolio.

The position is a 52-week role, Monday to Friday, with a focus on achieving KPI targets and DBS security clearances. Salary is dependant on experience and includes benefits as listed by Caterlink.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering/operational management essential.
• DBS disclosure required for successful applicants.
• Ability to lead and develop multiple school teams.
