Dental Beauty Partners in London is seeking a Multi-Site Dental Receptionist to join three friendly practices: Dulwich, Streatham and Forest Hill. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate and an engaging patient-centred environment.

You will manage front-desk duties, answer calls, book appointments in Dentally, collect payments and uphold our values. Travel to other sites is expected to support the team and patient journey.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a dental front-of-house or healthcare reception.
• Able to travel to other practices (Dulwich & Forest Hill) as required.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

• Provide high-quality reception and admin service ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Answer calls and handle patient enquiries professionally.
• Schedule appointments and manage diaries using Dentally.
• Collect and record payments and process transactions.
