PDA Search & Selection is seeking a Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee cleaning across retail stores for a major supermarket client. You will coordinate multi-site operations, communicate needs to teams, and drive service quality.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and coaching staff, maintaining standards, and supporting sales through excellent service delivery. The role requires leadership in fast-paced environments and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong multi-site cleaning management experience, preferably within supermarket retail.
• Auditing, client relationship management, budgeting, and staff management.
• Proactive, meet deadlines, liaise with people at all levels, respect confidentiality.
• Experience in cleaning operations in retail stores.
• Responsive, hands-on customer service across flexible hours.
• Strong organisational skills to ensure consistent team performance.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced service environments.
• Skilled negotiator with clients and colleagues.
• Effective communicator with stakeholders.
• Adaptable to change and varied work settings.
• Independent problem solver.
• IT proficient.
• Driving licence for a manual car, held for at least one year and no more than 6 points.
