Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced Cleaning Services Manager to oversee multi-site operations across Belfast and neighbouring sites, ensuring service standards, client satisfaction, and profitability.

You will lead site teams, manage client relationships, conduct audits, control budgets and ensure Health & Safety compliance. A full driving license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cleaning or facilities management contracts.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and COSHH.
• Strong organisational and IT skills.
• Full driving licence.
• Multi-site role with regular travel.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and participate in an on-call rota if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of cleaning contracts, ensuring contractual and service level requirements are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and support cleaning teams to deliver high standards.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas, attendance, and performance.
• Control budgets, labour costs, and consumable usage to achieve profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, COSHH, risk assessments, and company procedures.
• Investigate incidents, complaints, and non-conformances, implementing improvements where required.
• Produce performance reports, attend client review meetings, and identify opportunities for service growth and improvement.
