Job summary

Aramark is seeking an experienced Cleaning/Facilities Manager to lead multi-site cleaning contracts across the UK and Ireland. You will oversee day-to-day delivery, ensure service levels, compliance, profitability, and develop site teams.

You will build strong client relationships, recruit and supervise staff, manage rotas and budgets, conduct quality audits, and implement improvements while championing Health & Safety and COSHH compliance.

Job Description

Manage cleaning services across multiple sites, ensuring high service standards, client satisfaction, compliance, and profitability while leading and developing site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of cleaning contracts, ensuring contractual and service level requirements are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and support cleaning teams to deliver high standards.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas, attendance, and performance.
• Control budgets, labour costs, and consumable usage to achieve profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, COSHH, risk assessments, and company procedures.
• Investigate incidents, complaints, and non-conformances, implementing improvements where required.
• Produce performance reports, attend client review meetings, and identify opportunities for service growth and improvement.

Working Environment

• Multi-site role with regular travel.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and participate in an on-call rota if required

• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
• Ensure staff are trained, risk assessments are completed, and PPE is used appropriately.
