Job summary

Morley College London is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead the college cafés and hospitality services across Waterloo, Chelsea and North Kensington centres. The role is hands-on, with responsibility for day-to-day operations, staff rotas and developing the hot and cold offering to meet centre needs.

You will manage budgets, sales and income targets, stock control and supplier relationships, while ensuring robust food safety and allergen compliance across all sites and supporting

• Experience managing catering or food service operations, ideally across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and catering compliance.
• Budget management, stock control and monitoring service performance against targets.
