Job summary

Vertas is seeking a Catering Account Manager to oversee commercial relationships and ensure delivery of catering services across multiple sites in line with contractual requirements. You will lead, develop and support catering teams while maintaining service quality and financial performance.

You will collaborate with customers to drive improvements, manage budgets, and support tendering activities to retain and grow business. DBS checks and safeguarding are part of our recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within catering operations, contract management or account management.
• Experience managing service delivery across multiple sites.
• Good understanding of contract management principles and best practice.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers across customer organisations.
• Manage contracts and support tender activities to retain and grow business.
• Monitor delivery of catering services across sites against targets and budgets.
• Lead, develop and support catering teams across areas of responsibility.
• Collaborate with customers to develop service improvements and new opportunities.
• Undertake regular site visits, audits and service reviews.
