Job summary

Hightown Housing Association is seeking an experienced Care & Supported Housing Operations Manager to oversee and improve multiple services across areas such as supported living, registered care, mental health, learning disabilities and homelessness support.

You will oversee dispersed services, ensure safe, person-centred care, maintain high-quality standards, CQC compliance, safeguarding and contractual obligations while leading teams, monitoring KPIs and budgets and developing strong

Qualifications

• Experience managing supported housing, supported living or registered care.
• Multi-site or dispersed-team management experience.
• Strong CQC, safeguarding and quality-audit knowledge.
• Experience with budgets, rotas and staff performance.
• Confidence working with commissioners and external agencies.
• Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification, or willingness to work towards it.
• Driving licence, own vehicle and flexibility for on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, person-centred and high-quality services across dispersed sites.
• Lead teams, monitor KPIs and budgets and manage referrals and placements.
• Support effective housing management, including voids, arrears and tenancies as needed.
