Job summary

Hightown Housing Association is seeking a Care & Supported Housing Operations Manager to oversee dispersed services across multiple sites, including supported living and registered care. You will drive quality, safeguarding and contractual compliance while leading teams and monitoring KPIs.

In this role you will develop new services, manage budgets and build strong relationships with commissioners and external agencies to improve outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience managing supported housing, supported living or registered care.
• Multi-site or dispersed-team management experience.
• Strong CQC, safeguarding and quality-audit knowledge.
• Experience with budgets, rotas and staff performance.
• Confidence working with commissioners and external agencies.
• Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to pursue it.
• Driving licence and own vehicle; flexibility for on-call duties.

Hightown Housing Association is looking for a Care & Supported Housing Operations Manager to lead dispersed services across areas such as supported living, registered care, mental health, learning disabilities and homelessness support.

The role

You will lead teams, monitor KPIs and budgets, manage referrals and placements, and support effective housing management, including voids, arrears and tenancies where required.
