Job summary

Avanti Homecare Limited is seeking a Care Scheduler to coordinate rotas across Ripley and Ilkeston branches, ensuring timely, accurate schedules and high-quality client care. The role will evolve to a main base at one branch with travel as required.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, experience coordinating teams, and a customer-focused approach to support our carers and clients across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year coordinating people, schedules, workloads or services.
• Experience in busy, people-focused environments.
• Strong administration, records, follow-through, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across both branch offices to ensure consistent rota delivery.
• Produce rotas two weeks in advance with Senior Coordinators.
• Maintain accurate records and information systems for the branch.
• Respond to sickness, holidays and last-minute client changes.
• Help maintain continuity of care and support new care packages.
