Job summary

Avanti Homecare Limited is seeking a Care Coordinator to work across Ripley and Ilkeston branches, coordinating rotas and ensuring smooth operation. The role is office-based with travel between sites as the coordination model evolves.

Salary is £28,700 per year with a permanent, full-time contract. Visa sponsorship is not available; the role reports to the Registered Manager and supports care planning and client records.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year coordinating people, schedules, workloads or services.
• Experience in busy, people-focused environments.
• Confident using digital systems to manage information and records.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively across both branch offices to ensure rota delivery.
• Produce and maintain rotas two weeks in advance.
• Use systems and records to provide reliable information for the branch.
• Respond to sickness, holidays and last-minute client changes.
• Maintain continuity of care and accurate client/care records.
• Support onboarding of new care packages and communications with carers.
