Job summary

Avanti Homecare Limited is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our Management team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is office based across our Ripley and Ilkeston branches, with potential travel between sites as needed.

You will coordinate rotas, manage records and communications, and support care planning to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Strong organisation, administration and customer service skills are essential; a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year coordinating people, schedules, or services.
• Strong administration skills, including meticulous record-keeping.
• Exceptional communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rotas across Ripley and Ilkeston branches and share knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure reliable information across the branch.
• Support onboarding of new care packages and respond to client changes.
• Communicate with carers, clients, and families; handle office alerts.
