• Assisting clients with bathing, grooming, and getting dressed.
• Handling household tasks like grocery shopping and laundry.
• Preparing and serving meals at appropriate times.
• Administering and organising medication.
• Collaborating with health and social care professionals to provide the best possible care.
• Completing visit notes that are detailed, accurate and true.
