Responsibilities

• Providing care and support to individuals in their own home to a high standard
• Assisting clients with bathing, grooming, and getting dressed
• Handling household tasks like grocery shopping and laundry
• Preparing and serving meals at appropriate times
• Administering and organising medication
• Collaborating with health care and social care professionals to provide the best possible care
• Completing visit notes that are detailed, accurate and true.
