Job summary

Morrisons is seeking an Area Manager - Hospitality to lead a network of cafés and drive improvements in KPIs across up to 25 outlets. You will recruit, train and coach Café Managers, schedule teams and collaborate with central teams to simplify operations and land retail executions with impact.

You will use data insights to improve sales, customer satisfaction and reduce waste while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring adherence to the operating model.

Qualifications

• Background in retail or hospitality.
• Proven track record of driving operational success across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of P&L and key retail metrics.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Ability to identify patterns and opportunities through data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Café Managers and Team Leaders to be role models.
• Maintain relationships with regional teams, store management and central functions.
• Shape customer experience using data to improve sales and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support new concepts and openings.
