Job summary

Techspace is seeking a hands-on Building Manager to own day-to-day operations across multiple London sites. You will lead an on-site team, manage contractors and budgets, and ensure safety, compliance, and an exceptional member experience.

You’ll report to the Area Manager, collaborate with Community, Commercial, and Finance teams, and be the main point of contact for on-site issues, driving improvements and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day building operations across your sites
• Lead on-site team coaching and performance conversations
• Manage budgets and local service contracts with Finance
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and space changes with Commercial
• Ensure health and safety, compliance, and inspections logs
• Act as first point of contact for member issues and requests
• Report building performance and costs to Area Manager
