Qualifications

• Experience of month-end processes and reconciliations.
• Proven leadership experience is essential.
• Strong Excel skills and Sage experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts across four companies.
• Lead and support the existing accounts team.
• Month-end processes, trial balances and reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances.
• Manage sales, purchases, cash, banking and stock transactions.
• Monthly payroll and VAT records.
• Support cash flow management and financial reporting.
• Maintain strong financial controls and processes.
• Liaise with colleagues across sites.
