Job summary

Huntress is assisting an established investment group in Weybridge to hire a Finance Manager. The role covers day-to-day bookkeeping, management accounting, cost control and financial reporting across the group.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' accounting experience, strong knowledge of AP/AR and multi-site reporting, and proficiency in Xero or Sage 50. Office-based with scope for process improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience within a multi-site environment.
• Experience in AP/AR, reconciliations and management accounting.
• Experience with Xero or Sage 50 is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records across sites using accounting software.
• Prepare management accounts, reconciliations and group consolidations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Oversee payroll and VAT reporting.
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors.
