Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is partnering with a family-run consumer-led group across the UK to hire a Management Accountant to join the finance team. You will support the Director and coordinate with departments to ensure accurate management accounts and strategic financial alignment.

Initially office-based, the role offers flexible/hybrid work after probation. You will manage end-to-end management accounting for multiple entities, perform month-end postings, and support forecasting and audits as

Qualifications

• Experience preparing management accounts and month-end close.
• Experience in multi-site hospitality or FMCG is essential.
• Experience with franchised operations is a strong advantage.
• Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management accounting for multiple entities.
• Produce and review management accounts with variance analysis and commentary.
• Post month-end GL journals and reconcile balance sheets.
• Reconcile sales against relevant systems for accuracy.
• Review and approve weekly payment runs, manage cash flow forecasting.
• Produce weekly reports and support budgeting processes.
• Assist with annual audits and payroll journals.
• Support reporting across franchised and company-owned sites.
