Pioneer Selection Ltd in Leyland is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing site. You will maintain production machinery, fault-find efficiently and perform PPM and reactive repairs to minimise downtime and maximise safety and equipment reliability.

The role offers a £47,000 base salary with overtime opportunities and a days/nights shift pattern, within a modern industrial environment and clear development pathways.

Formación

• Strong mechanical bias essential.
• Hands-on maintenance and fault-finding in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance in industry.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out mechanical maintenance and fault-finding on production machinery.
• Perform PPM and reactive repairs to minimise downtime and keep production running.
• Support health and safety practices and risk assessments.
