Selecta is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Leader to run 3 shifts (day, PM, night) across our UK operations. You will develop shift-based teams, ensure high standards of picking, inventory control, and dispatch while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Role emphasizes hands-on leadership, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration with internal logistics teams to optimise stock movement and service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse/logistics leadership role.
• Experience managing multi‑shift warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, WMS, and PDI processes.
• Knowledge of FMCG or high‑volume distribution environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day and night warehouse teams, ensuring staffing, handovers, and performance alignment across shifts.
• Oversee picking, order fulfilment, and ensure accuracy, speed, and KPI targets.
• Uphold health & safety standards per legislation and SOPs; conduct risk assessments and promote safety culture.
• Coordinate goods in/out processes with internal logistics and inventory teams; reconcile stock and verify bin locations.
• Identify and implement process improvements; lead warehouse audits and corrective action plans.
