Pertemps Redditch Commercial is recruiting for a hands-on Management Accountant for a six-month fixed-term contract in Bromsgrove. The role is on-site with a salary of £38,000–£46,000 per year and standard Monday–Friday hours.

You will produce monthly management accounts across multiple entities, support consolidated reporting, and provide timely financial insights to help decision-making. ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification required or equivalent experience.
• Experience producing management accounts, especially across multiple entities.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple entities within deadlines.
• Assist with consolidated reporting and group management accounts.
• Produce financial reports, analysis and commentary for decisions.
• Investigate variances and explain financial performance.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations with accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor and report on balance sheet movements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
• Assist with audit prep and statutory reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes.
