Job summary

Total Integrated Solutions (TIS) Ltd, based in Leeds, is seeking a proactive Multi-Disciplined Engineer to cover Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms, and Networking across client sites. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, continuous development, and active participation in out-of-hours callouts.

The right candidate will have strong technical knowledge across multiple security systems, a willingness to train further, and a clean UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Be able to demonstrate a good technical knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, High-End CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm Systems.
• Knowledge of networking and PABX systems would be an advantage.
• Experience with SALTO, Simon Voss, Paxton, Galaxy, Texecom, Advanced, EMS, Notifier, Climac.
• Gent approved engineer (training can be provided if not certified).
• 5 years’ experience in maintaining, repairing, commissioning fire alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms, and Fire Beams.
• Demonstrate willingness to undertake fire alarm training and progress to a multi-disciplined engineer.
• Understand Cause and Effect and apply it on various fire alarm systems.
• Ensure client satisfaction on site by delivering high-quality service.
• Complete all required documentation, including timesheets and job reports, using the company’s service management system.
• Deliver outstanding premium service to customers at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and best practices.
• Participate in the company’s out-of-hours callout rota.

Multi Disciplined Engineer - Ref: V352

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Multi-Disciplined Engineer to join our growing team in the Leeds area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer who is eager to expand their knowledge across fire and security systems, including Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Fire Alarms, and Networking.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality service. You will be supported with further training and development.

The Role Involves

• Theservice and maintenanceof AccessControl, IntruderAlarms, CCTV, FireAlarms, aspirations, beams and commissioning
• Demonstrate a willingness to undertake fire alarm training and work towards becoming a multi-disciplined engineer
• Understanding Cause and Effect and executing this on various fire alarm systems
• Ensure client satisfaction is achievedbefore leaving site by delivering a high standard of service
• Accuratelycompleteall requireddocumentation,includingtimesheets, and job reports, using the Company’s service management system
• Deliver outstandingpremium service to customersat all times
• Adhere to all relevanthealthandsafetyprocedures and bestpractices
• Participate in the Company’s out of hours callout rota
