Job summary

Woodgreen, Pets Charity is seeking a motivated Campaign Manager to join the Donor Engagement Team in a hybrid role. You will develop and deliver multi-channel fundraising campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to grow income and donor loyalty.

You will lead direct marketing activities, test-and-learn initiatives, and report on KPIs while supporting budget processes and audience engagement across the charity.

Qualifications

• Strong background in fundraising and experience with multi-channel campaigns.
• Proven track record of delivering growth and impacting income.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn insights into campaign optimisations and creative development.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to develop fundraising propositions and donor engagement.
• Project manage direct mail, digital and telemarketing campaigns.
• Lead test and learn strategies across core programme areas.
• Evaluate campaigns and provide recommendations.
• Report monthly on KPIs for campaigns.
• Support budget development, forecasts and monthly monitoring.
• Collaborate with teams across the Income and Engagement directorate on multi-audience engagement.
