Job summary

WR Fundraising Recruitment seeks an experienced Individual Giving Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns across direct marketing, digital channels and regular giving. You will own campaign life cycles, manage relationships with agencies, and develop donor data strategies to optimise acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in an Individual Giving role with responsibility for full campaign life cycles

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for day-to-day development and execution of assigned projects
• Manage day-to-day development and execution of individual giving campaigns to generate repeat gifts and grow income
• Work closely with external agencies and freelancers to best effect
• Develop supporter data and preferences and permissions, and data profiling optimisation
• Overseeing scheduling and coordination of appeals, events and fundraising activities
• Research and recommend ways of improving donor / supporter acquisition & retention
• Provide day-to-day management, direction and support to one line report
