Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track-record of hitting financial targets and fundraising KPIs in a community fundraising environment.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.
• Experience delivering multi-channel stewardship campaigns with personalised customer segmentation.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment and developing resilience while achieving targets.
• Experience inspiring, motivating and managing volunteers and fundraisers to deliver income targets.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, review and implement multi-channel stewardship journeys across email, calling, social media and direct mail.
• Manage and enhance stewardship platforms and tools.
• Coordinate briefs for development teams; ensure alignment of design, content and assets with fundraising goals.
• Drive testing, optimisation and data-driven insights for donor journeys and retention.
• Shape strategic stewardship journeys to secure immediate revenue and long-term growth; lead cross-functional project teams to hit KPIs.
• Own income reporting, pipeline management and core stewardship KPIs; monitor donor satisfaction and value metrics.
• Act as Emergency Appeal Lead, fostering collaboration across the directorate and providing activity/income analysis.
