Job summary

Woodgreen Enterprises Limited is seeking a Campaign Manager to join the Donor Engagement Team and lead multi-channel fundraising campaigns that grow income and donor loyalty. You will work with stakeholders to develop compelling propositions, manage direct marketing initiatives, and implement a data-driven test-and-learn approach to optimise results.

The role is full-time and hybrid, based at our Godmanchester office with occasional on-site work.

Qualifications

Experience in Individual Giving or fundraising.
Proven track record growing income across audiences.
Experience with budget management and reporting.

Responsibilities

Liaise with key stakeholders to develop fundraising propositions that garner long-term support.
Project manage direct marketing campaigns (direct mail, digital, telemarketing).
Lead development of a test-and-learn strategy across core programme areas.
Evaluate campaigns and provide recommendations.
Report monthly on campaigns against KPIs.
Support the Senior Development Manager with budget development, forecasting and monitoring.
Support the multi-audience engagement programme in collaboration with teams across the directorate.
