Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a Coleford, Gloucestershire site. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to ensure safe, compliant operation.

You will diagnose faults using structured troubleshooting and technical drawings, manage spares and tools, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Applicants should have 5+ years in manufacturing and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong experience in fault finding, maintenance systems, and technical drawings.
• Experience maintaining industrial equipment or automated systems.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or 5S methodologies.
• Knowledge of automation/PLC systems.
• Additional certifications (e.g., IOSH, 18th Edition, FLT, MEWP, PAT).
