Job summary

CooperVision Limited is seeking an MTO Business Unit Expeditor based in Hamble, onsite. The role focuses on scheduling Line side silver stock and expediting MTO orders from receipt through shipping, coordinating with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities include maintaining reports, creating schedules, tracking aging orders, and supporting 24/7 operations with strong Excel skills. A background in manufacturing processes and cross-functional communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High level use of Excel and ability to create pivot tables and use VLOOKUP functions.
• Experience with production/stock scheduling and reporting systems is desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling of Line side silver stock and oversee MTO orders from receipt to shipping.
• Maintain reports, create schedules, monitor orders and expedite as priorities change.
• Collaborate with internal BU teams and external Customer Service & Key account personnel.
