Responsibilities

• Publish and maintain production reports and distribute to Production Managers.
• Prioritise designated jobs using SEE4C and communicate potential delays.
• Use AS400 system reports to identify aged jobs and rejects, ensuring prioritisation.
• Ensure Production Shift Managers are aware of priority jobs.
• Liaise with other department expeditors to communicate jobs impacting areas.
• Maintain own work station to be clean and tidy.
• Share product, plant and process knowledge with colleagues.
• Deliver flexible support to production teams during weekends and high-demand periods.
• Carry out additional tasks as instructed by Production Shift Managers.
