Qualifications

As part of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering Void and Responsive repairs to our social housing stock, making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

What will you be doing?

This role is ideal for someone with expertise in two primary trades, including:

  • Carpentry: 2nd fix works such as flooring, staircase and balustrades, kitchen installations, doors, mouldings, glazing, and fencing.
  • Plus another trade: You'll also bring skills from a related trade to support a wide range of repairs. Plumbing, plastering or locksmith advantageous.

You’ll need to work independently, follow strict Health & Safety guidelines, and always maintain a high‑quality standard of workmanship.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £31,161 - £39,469 per annum (Career Grade)

Tool Allowance: £54.58 per month
