Qualifications

• IT Support experience within an MSP environment.
• Willing to commute to Bournemouth office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients, resolve IT issues on-site.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, laptop, printer and network problems.
• Install, configure and upgrade operating systems, software and IT equipment.
• Support a growing customer base with reliable IT services.
