Vorboss is seeking a Response IT 1st Line Engineer in Bristol. This role is the first point of contact for users with technical issues, requiring strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an MSP environment and proficiency in cloud technologies like Microsoft 365 and Azure. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality is vital.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune.
• Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA platforms.

Responsibilities

• Log support tickets for technical issues.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Diagnose networking issues including LAN and WAN.
