Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist in patient care under physiotherapy supervision.
• Deliver exercise programmes and supervise activities.
• Provide poolside hydrotherapy support and aquagym management.
• Conduct initial assessments and measure range of movement.
• Flexibility to work in outpatient and ward settings, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the provision of care to patients under supervision of qualified physiotherapists.
• Carry out instruction and supervision for exercise programmes and other delegated tasks.
• Provide one-to-one and group exercise sessions in outpatient settings.
• Manage a small patient caseload including initial assessments and risk assessments.
• Provide hydrotherapy pool coverage and related pool testing duties.
