Job summary

Greys Specialist Recruitment is seeking an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join a busy clinical team in Woking. You will provide high-quality musculoskeletal care to a diverse patient group in a modern, well-equipped clinic and work on a rota with other clinicians.

The role offers full-time, permanent employment with ongoing professional development and strong multidisciplinary support to deliver optimal patient outcomes and excellent care.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Ideally, at least three years’ MSK experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and workload-management abilities.
• Adaptable, professional and patient-focused.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and meet service objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied MSK caseload, from initial assessment through to rehabilitation.
• Develop and deliver evidence-based, patient-centred treatment plans.
• Use appropriate outcome measures to monitor and demonstrate patient progress.
• Support patients in returning to function safely and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver an outstanding patient experience while maintaining high clinical standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider multidisciplinary team.

Job Title: MSK Physiotherapist

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, working Monday to Saturday on a rota basis

Location: Woking

• Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
• Training or experience in acupuncture or dry needling

• Sports massage qualification or experience
