Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Physiotherapy Assistant to join the Wexham Park Hospital inpatient team in Slough. You will support rehabilitation for medical patients, under supervision, helping them regain mobility and discharge planning.

Flexibility, strong communication, and IT literacy are essential. The role requires working as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing an assigned caseload where appropriate, and contributing to admin tasks and equipment checks.

Competenze

• CV-ready clinical and rehabilitation skills.
• Experience in NHS or acute wards is preferred.
• CPD evidence demonstrates commitment to ongoing learning.
• Membership with Chartered Society of Physiotherapy indicates professional status.

Mansioni

• Assist patients to restore mobility and independence.
• Carry out mobility and balance assessments as assigned.
• Progress patients' mobility and exercise programmes.
• Independently manage and discharge appropriate patients.
• Participate in MDT handovers and rounds.
• Identify patients for caseload and flag those needing review.
