Job summary

Wyre Forest Health Partnership is seeking an extended Scope, First Contact Physiotherapist Practitioner to deliver highly specialised MSK assessment and treatment across five sites in Worcestershire. You will work autonomously, report to the Lead Physiotherapist Practitioner, and support care pathways within the partnership.

Qualifications

• Essential: ability to carry out joint injections or willing to train.
• Current UK professional registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Desirable: experience in Primary Care in a similar MSK role.
• Enhanced skills enabling first point of contact for MSK patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist MSK assessment and treatment across Partnership sites.
• Work autonomously within your area of clinical specialty.
• Triages referrals into the MSK pathway and manages onward referrals.
• Deliver leadership, teaching and mentoring within the practice.
• Develop and improve care pathways and service development initiatives.
