Job summary

Partnering Health Ltd is recruiting an MSK First Contact Practitioner (Level 1) to work within community GP settings, acting as the first point of patient contact. The role involves autonomous assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and onward referral for patients presenting with MSK conditions, including complex or chronic presentations.

Qualifications

• Independently assess and manage patients with MSK conditions.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans using advanced clinical reasoning.
• Manage a designated caseload efficiently with appropriate prioritisation.
• Provide specialist MSK advice to patients, carers, physiotherapy colleagues and GPs.
• Deliver patient education to support understanding and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess, diagnose and manage MSK patients.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans and manage caseload.
• Coordinate referrals for diagnostics or secondary care as needed.
• Maintain accurate and legally compliant clinical records.
• Contribute to CPD and MDT training programmes.
