Job summary

Eligo Recruitment is seeking a Purchasing & MRP Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing group in the UK. The role focuses on keeping production supplied with materials, managing suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries while partnering with the Group Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager.

You will own day-to-day purchasing, review MRP recommendations, and develop broader supply chain knowledge with room for progression into senior roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Purchasing, Materials Planning or Supply Chain.
• At least 2 years hands-on ERP/MRP experience in manufacturing.
• Experience purchasing components, materials or manufactured products.
• Good understanding of BOMs, production requirements and material planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing requirements from initial demand through to delivery.
• Review MRP recommendations and identify materials for production.
• Work with BOMs, stock levels, forecasts and supplier lead times.
